In our business timing is everything. We know that efficient use of time comes with proper training, precise coordination and open lines of communication. That way, when we give a date of completion, we really mean it. This may be a rare concept, but our word is as strong as our buildings.
       
On Spec.
We build in steel and concrete, but some things we etch in stone. Our stringent standards require that we meet or exceed every specification no matter how minute. We employ independent testing agencies to test critical material elements of construction, and strict quality control is performed in every phase of the building process. If we didn't demand the best, we'd be just any other construction company.
       
On Budget.
When we give a quote, we stick with it. Should a client request changes, we let him know any difference in cost as quickly as possible.  We look during every step of the building process for ways to save our clients time and money, all without compromising the quality our customers have come to expect.
