Sturzenbecker Construction receives AGC Presidential National Safety Award for 2005.
Sturzenbecker Construction has been named an AGC Presidential National Safety Award recipient for 2005. This award is given to the construction industry's safest companies as evidenced by OSHA safety logs. SCC was the only general contractor on the Grand Strand to receive the award, and was one of only 15 recipients in South Carolina.
The Presidential classification of the National Safety Award is the highest designation that any company can attain. It recognizes companies that make safety a priority as evidenced by their performance over the prior year.
"Safety is the number one priority of our company, and we are committed to providing the safest worksite possible" said Jim Sturzenbecker, President of Sturzenbecker Construction. "Being safe on the job is a full time commitment, and this award is evidence that we take safety very seriously".
